Seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 2 in the above- captioned FIR, the petitioner has come up before this Court. 2. Although there is prima facie evidence connecting the accused/respondent No.2 with the commission of crime but also, the fact of the matter is that the injury attributed to Anmol Gupta with pathi, which hit the right wrist of the complainant/injured. parameters for cancellation of bail already granted are different and on higher pedestal. There is no allegation that during the pendency of the bail, respondent No.2 has misused the concession of bail or violated any of the conditions. 3. Counsel for the accused/respondent No.2 voluntarily submits that this Court should not cancel the bail and would have no objection if this Court imposes further conditions. 4. Given above, the present petition is disposed of and in addition to the conditions already imposed while granting the bail, the following conditions are added in the conditions already imposed and respondent No.2 shall comply to the same in letter and spirit. (i) the accused/respondent No.2 shall not enter the property where the complainant resides or which is under the possession of the complainant. (ii) the accused/respondent No.2 will surrender the firearms, if any within two months.
