It is the case of the petitioner that the premises of the petitioner has been sealed by the respondent authorities on 13.04.2025, without affording an opportunity of hearing, arbitrarily. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied for permission to run the Madarsa, but the premises has already been sealed illegally. He also submits that the premises may be unsealed, subject to the petitioner giving an undertaking that they will not run any Madarsa in the premises in question, unless they are duly authorized to do so. Learned State Counsel submits that if the petitioner gives an undertaking that they would not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations, the premises in question will be unsealed. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned counsel for the State. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to unseal the premises in question, subject to an undertaking being given by the petitioner that they will not run any Madarsa without due recognition by the State Government under the Rules and Regulations.
