CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE.
ORDER 07.08.2025
01. Keeping in view the nature of the direction given by the writ court in its order dated 18th March, 2024 in writ petition WP(C) No. 527/2024, whereby the writ respondents came to be directed not to cause any interference in the smooth functioning of the petitioner-school, otherwise in due course of law and also prohibited the writ respondents from causing any interference in the smooth conduct of the ongoing annual examination of the students, it seems that the direction has served its purpose as the petitioner-school is running smoothly, but the issue confronting the petitioner-school is said to be with respect to its shifting, for which writ court direction cannot subserve the purpose for justifying the institution of this contempt petition by petitioner.
02. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner that in case if it has any fresh cause of action or any cause of action being derived from the outcome of the first writ petition, the petitioner shall resort to appropriate legal course of action which may also include filing of a fresh writ petition.
