GA Hon’ble Shri Justice Sachin Singh Rajput Order on Board 17/02/2025 The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. for grant of regular bail as he is in custody in connection with crime No. 245 of 2022 registered in Police Station Chhawani, District Durg, CG for offence punishable under Sections 341, 327, 294, 506-B, 394, 397/34 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 2. After arguing for some time counsel for the applicant seeks permission 2 of this Court to withdraw the bail application with a prayer that looking to the detention period, the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3. Permission is granted. 4. The applicant is in jail since 24.05.2022, therefore, looking to his detention period. However, it is expected that the trial Court will expedite the trial and conclude the same within a reasonable period of time. 5.
