KOLGAWAN DISTRICT SATNA (MADHYA PRADESH) .....RESPONDENTS (BY SHRI ANUJ SINGH - PANEL LAWYER) (COMPLAINANT BY YUVRAJ VAIDYA - ADVOCATE This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following: ORDER The applicant has filed this third application (first was rejected on merit and second was dismissed as withdrawn) under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail relating to FIR No.1010/2022 registered at Police Station Kolgavan, Satna on the ground that the trial has not been concluded so far as directed by this Court on earlier occasion. I find substance in the statement made by the learned counsel for the objector but still I am directing trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months and if witnesses are not turning up to the court, coercive method may be adopted for calling them.
