Heard the parties.
The petitioners of all these bail applications have been made accused in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No.220 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 112(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)(a), 25(6), 26, 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners of all these bail applications submits that
the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners in criminal conspiracy with the co-accused persons committed murder of Anupam Kumar. It is next submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false. It is then submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. It is then submitted that the petitioner of B.A. No.2646 of 2025 has been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Shravan Kumar and self-confessional statement and the petitioners of both B.A. No.2765 of 2025 and B.A. No.2895 of 2025 have been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Manohar Kumar Singh. It is then submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case but charge has not yet been framed. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 11.11.2024, 31.08.2024 and 11.11.2024 respectively as is evident from para-19, para-7 and para-1 of the respective bail applications. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2025 passed in B.A. No.3429 of 2025. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners undertake to co-operate with the trial of the case and also undertake that they will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be released on bail. All the learned counsels appearing for the State oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners of all these bail applications are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No.220 of 2024 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile numbers and photocopy of their Aadhar Cards in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile numbers during the trial of the case and they will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
In view of disposal of these bail applications, I.A. No.5332 of 2025 is
disposed of being infructuous.
