Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Kalita, that the petitioner has already been arrested and hence, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. In this regard, Mr. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has submitted that a message has been received from the concerned I.O., stating that the petitioner was arrested during the pendency of the case. Accordingly, he submits that the said message be placed on record. Prayer is allowed. In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.
