(iii) Pass any such other order deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned HCGP for respondent No.5 and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioner in support of his claim, having regard to the fact that representation of the petitioner at Annexure – J dated 15.09.2025 has not been considered by respondent Nos.1 to 3 even till today, without expressing any opinion on the merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure – J dated 15.09.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
