CORAM:
HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE
O R D E R 19-08-2025
Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that although appellant No.1, as also the predecessor-in-interest of appellant Nos. 2 to 5, i.e., respondent No. 6, had entered appearance before the Writ Court and submitted their response, but they, subsequently, choose not to participate in the proceedings. As a result, they remain unheard at the time of final hearing. However, having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellants submits that, in the given circumstances, he be permitted to withdraw the appeal so as to enable the appellants to move an appropriate application before the Writ Court itself as regards their grievances and concerns, in the first instance. Ordered accordingly.
