The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gonda P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 113 of 2024, for the offences under sections 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4(2) and 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 15.07.2024 at about 6:00 P.M., victim was raped by co-accused Mikki and two unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that co- accused persons namely Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati and Mickey Kumar Prajapati @ Mickey Kumar have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Gonda P.S.
