Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The petitioners have committed a very serious and heinous offence against the victim girl by committing gang rape and they fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court.
