Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A., Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel; and Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that on various earlier occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and as such, a prayer has been made for dismissing this writ petition for non-prosecution.
