The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 11.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 320 of 2025 under Sections 316 (2), 115 (2), 351 (2) BNS, Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that charge-sheet no. 334 of 2025 dated 13.7.2025 has been filed in the present case against petitioner no.1 Abhay Pratap Singh and petitioner no.2 Rekha and petitioner no.3 Pradeep Raghav have been exonerated, as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
