The dispute in this case is correction of pension amount in the P.P.O. (Pension Payment Order) and for that the concerned Authority is respondent No.3 i.e. Regional Manager Employees Provident Fund. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers a letter dated 10.02.2023 of Airports Authority of India to respondent No.3 about the correction of pension of petitioner as well as other employees, however, till date it has not been corrected. 4. Learned counsel for respondent submits that if communication dated 10.02.2023 has still not taken note of, the same shall be considered within three weeks from today and if there is no legal impediment, the P.P.O. (Pension Payment Order) will be amended. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on basis of above submissions, this writ petition may be disposed of. 6.
