JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 06.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner in the office of the 4th respondent at Annexure-A - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40816 WP No. 28248 of 2025 and to direct the respondents to issue saguvali chit in respect of land bearing Sy. No. 28, measuring 1 acre 27 guntas situated at Agara Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate files a copy of the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, whereby the Deputy Commissioner has taken a decision to set aside the proceedings of regularisation. 3. Petitioner submits that despite the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2025, he was not intimated regarding passing of the order dated 05.02.2025. 4. Nevertheless the petition is required to be disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner. Needless to state the respondent - State not to take any precipitative steps for a period of 3 weeks - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40816 WP No. 28248 of 2025 from today, in light of the assertion of the petitioner that there was no notice of the order of the Deputy Commissioner dated 05.02.2025.
