The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1 to 3 concluded the fair investigation of First Information Report dated 18.03.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 57 of 2025, Under Section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352 B.N.S. Police Station Chola, District- Bulandshahr, with a stipulated period (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition) within a stipulated period." It has been stated by the A.G.A., that charge sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the charge sheet itself before the concerned Magistrate and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
