Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common
order.
2. Heard the parties.
3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 636 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(6), 311 & 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Vikram Anand, learned J. M. 1st Class, Ranchi.
4. On 30.12.2024 at about 12 noon, three unknown persons intercepted the staff of the informant namely Sumit Gupta in front of ICICI Bank, Piska More Branch and looted about Rs. 13 lakhs from him.
5. During the course of investigation, Rs. 76,100/- was recovered from possession of husband of the petitioner Sadhna Sinha @ Priti Sinha. It further appears that petitioners namely Poonam Kumari @ Poonam Devi and Nilam Kumari @ Nilam Devi are sister and wife of co-accused Prakash Saw, on whose confession looted money was also recovered.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vikram Anand, learned J. M. 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 636 of 2024.
