Grievance of petitioner is that he got retired from the post of Pump Operator on 31.10.2023, however, till date his retiral dues are not paid. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, submits that in case there is no legal impediment, legally permissible retiral dues of petitioner will be paid within a short period. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of assurance given by learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of that legally permissible retiral dues of petitioner be paid within a short period and in case of any legal impediment the same shall be communicated to him.
