This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 01.09.2023 (Annexure P-13) passed by the Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), Gurugram. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the respondent have jointly submitted that the execution in the present case is with respect to the award of the Labour Court and the petitioner has challenged the award of the Labour Court by filing CWP-20577-2024 and in the said case, the operation of the impugned award has been stayed. It is submitted that in the present proceedings, the order passed by the Executing Court has been stayed.
