Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent No.2 i.e., The Director, Department of Technical Education, Palace Road, Bengaluru - 560 001 to consider the representation vide Legal notice dated 26.10.2024 issued on behalf of the Petitioner to provide necessary explanation and clarification in detail with authenticated documents regarding the enquiry conducted by Respondent No.3 against the illegality of the said Nadigar Diploma Evening College, Thimmaiah Road, Manjunath Nagar, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru vide Annexure-M. b. To pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice." 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43840 WP No. 30461 of 2025 4. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that pursuant to the complaint dated 27.03.2024 filed by the petitioner with the respondents against Nadigar Diploma Evening College, Thimmaiah Road, Manjunath Nagar, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, respondent No.2 directed respondent No.3 to conduct an enquiry and despite the petitioner participating in the enquiry, he was not informed about the status or the progress of the enquiry. Under these circumstances, the petitioner having submitted representation, to which the respondents did not reply, the petitioner issued a legal notice dated 26.10.2024, inspite of which, the respondents did not furnish the enquiry report or inform him regarding the progress/status of the enquiry and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5. Per contra, learned HCGP submits if a reasonable time is granted, the respondents would furnish the details as regards the enquiry as well as the enquiry report. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the respondents - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43840 WP No. 30461 of 2025 to furnish the details as well as intimate him of the progress/status of the enquiry conducted by respondent No.3 and provide all documents to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
