After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/Review Petitioner, we find no grounds to review the order dated 28.02.2025. 6. It is also material to note that the order dated 28.02.2025 was passed directing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi [MCD] to shift the review petitioner/petitioner to the alternative site as referred to by the MCD in its status report, on the express consent of the petitioner as recorded in paragraph no.13 of the order dated 28.02.2025. Accordingly, paragraph no.14 of the order dated 28.02.2025 is rectified to read as under: - “14. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
