The petitioners seek bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 417 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioners are among the assailants of the deceased. The F.I.R. has been registered after a delay of four days. The postmortem has not been held as the deceased was cremated before the registration of the F.I.R.
