The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to make fair investigation within stipulated period and arrest the accused persons in pursuance of FIR dated 20.09.2024 registered as case crime No.154 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 110, 115(2), 352 of B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Samthar, District Jhansi." It has been stated by the counsel for the petitioner that a charge- sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case, therefore, the petition has become infructuous.
