Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "A. Issue a writ,order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the licensing authority, District Magistrate Mahoba to ensure for granting the fire-arm-licence having an area of entire Uttar Pradesh, as was previously prescribed for arm-licence being area entire Uttar Pradesh earlier issued by the licensing authority, District Magistrate Mahoba, in compliance of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Special Appeal No. 688 of 2024, in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within the short period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that petitioner be permitted to file an appeal as provided under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959 against the order dated 11.11.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Mahoba/respondent no.2. 3.
