It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though petitioner has been selected on 01.11.2023 by the Jan Sansadhan Kendra, Kanpur Nagar and select list has been forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner, Enforcement, Handloom and Textiles Directorate, Kanpur Nagar which includes the name of the petitioner at serial no. 4, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition, yet he is being offered appointment. 3. Records clearly reveal that the petitioner has already approached the respondent no. 4 by making representation dated 30.12.2023 which has remain unconsidered. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 30.12.2023 and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 30.12.2023 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
