Issue a writ of certiorari, quashing the Impugned action of the Respondent No.2 dated 14/03/2024 passed by the Respondent No. 2 cancelling the Letter of Award and tender awarded in favour of the Petitioner and recalling the tender (@Annexure A). b. Issue a writ of certiorari, quashing the tender notification bearing No RDPR/2023- 24/RD/WORK_INDENT5574 number for the work of 'Construction of CC Road and Drain in 9 Villages of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52062 WP No. 11044 of 2024 C/W WP No. 10574 of 2024 Gubbi Taluk Tumkur District' issued by Respondent No.2 (@Annexure B). c. Issue a writ mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to execute the Contract / Agreement in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to the Letter of Award dated 21/02/2024 for the Work of Construction of CC Road and Drain in 9 Villages of Gubbi Taluk Tumkur District (@ Annexure G); d. Pass any other such orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the present case in the interests of justice and equity 2. The petitioner in WP No:10574/2024 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a.
