Mr. Sandeep Singh, AAG Punjab SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of the FIR No.179 dated 12.08.2019 under Section 447, 511, 427, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 201 of IPC 1860 added later on) registered with Police Station Samrala, District Khanna (Annexure P-1), alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising from the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that on the basis of compromise, the above-said FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2025 passed in CRM-M-7363-2025 and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In the light of above, the petition stands disposed off, having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
