This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Machhalishar District, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.T202414360310419 (Jamarulnisha & others Vs Gram Sabha/2019) filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no.2 since 2019. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to get the land demarcated within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. 4.
