Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner was misled by another person namely Rahul Kumar, who was the Vice President of the Panjab University Campus Student Council in the year 2019, who has furnished the said document dated 25.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) and the petitioner never knew that the same is forged. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner repent the filing of the present petition on the basis of the forged Notification dated 25.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) seeks forgiveness with the undertaking not to repeat the same mistake again and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. 6.
