Petitioner has approached this Court that he was working as a contractual sweeper since 2006, however, till date he has not been regularized. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers documents and averments annexed along with this writ petition as well as judgment passed by Supreme Court in Dharam Singh & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Anr, 2025 INSC 998, wherein similar claim of petitioners therein was considered, therefore, his claim be also considered. 4. Even though there is no specific provision to support the prayer still taking note that learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that there may be some legal impediment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondents may consider the case of petitioner in the light of Dharam Singh (supra) and in case there is any legal impediment, same be conveyed to him as soon as possible.
