Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent and perused the record. 2. This application has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to dismiss this petition as withdrawn. 3. The aforesaid withdrawal application is also supported by an affidavit. It is stated in paragraph-3 of the affidavit that proceedings have already been decided in favour of the petitioner by the District Magistrate, Sambhal vide its order dated 02.08.2024. Copy of which is appended as Annexure No. 1 to the affidavit filed in support of withdrawal application. Hence the petitioner wants to withdrawn the present writ petition. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
