It is further submitted that pursuant to the said Show Cause Notice, the construction raised by the petitioner has already been demolished, as such, the petitioner has also challenged the demolition notice by filing a separate writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 2406/2025. 2. On the last date of hearing, petitioner remained unrepresented. Today also, same is the position, which clearly shows that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the present petition.
