The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. Application is allowed, and, as a consequence, the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with all miscellaneous applications. Interim direction dated 23.08.2023, is vacated. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has withdrawn the main petition as his grievance stands redressed by the respondents so the instant contempt petition may also be closed. 2.
