Petitioner is serving as Physical Education Teacher at Government High School Chaura Maidan, Education Block, Shimla. His case is that in terms of Government notification dated 20.11.2021, he had applied for transfer under 5% Inter-district quota on 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-2). Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- 4. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
