ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a issue an appropriate writ, or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner dated 20.01.2020 against the 5th respondent is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to

register the complaint against the respondent No.5 as per the contents of the complaint dated 20.01.2020 made by the petitioner.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
