Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 17.12.2024 submitted by the 1st petitioner vide Annexure-A. ii. When this matter came up before this Court for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in spite of repeated attempts made by the petitioner in approaching the bank, the bank is not considering the representation made by the petitioners seeking one time settlement. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/bank submits that so far several petitions are filed by the petitioners and in fact the OTS is available as on today. If it is in accordance with the scheme they will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank and the Bank shall consider the same in accordance with law. ii.
