Counsel for the petitioner and respondents 1 to 6 jointly submits that the matter is resolved in mediation and accordingly, a memorandum of settlement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2006 is filed and the same may be placed on record and the petition may be disposed of. 3. The oral submission made by the respective counsel and the joint memo along with the memorandum of settlement is placed on record. 5. Sri.Somashekar, counsel submits that the Demand Drafts are handed over to each of the respondents in the open Court. Sri.K.B.Narayana Swamy and respondents 1 to 6 acknowledges the receipt of the Demand Drafts. 6. As the parties have resolved the dispute, the award dated 26.10.2016 passed by the Labour Court, Bengaluru in Reference No.49/2011, is modified as per the settlement. 7.
