Heard Ms. Keerthana Swamy, learned counsel along with Sri. Karumbaiah T.A., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner is the plaintiff, files an application before the concerned Court seeking directions for police protection. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said application is pending before the - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27175 WP No. 16346 of 2025 concerned Court for the last 3 years and the Court is refusing to pass an order on the said application. 5. It is shocking that the application filed on 27.07.2022 is still pending consideration at the hands of the concerned Court. 6. Therefore, the concerned Court shall now dispose the application within the next 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not already disposed.
