This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against the order dated 02.07.2024 & 20.07.2024, passed by Additional Principal judge, Family Court No.3, Aligarh in Case No.1328 of 2022 (Rekha Vs. Vinay Kumar), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Kwarsi, District- Aligarh. 3. It appears from record that in proceedings under Section 128 Cr.P.C., the applicant has not paid arrears of maintenance and thus recovery warrants were issued against him by way of aforesaid impugned orders. No material illegality or perversity could be shown in the impugned orders. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. lacks merit and thus liable to be dismissed. 4.
