Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, and perused the records. 3. The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection from the police as they solemnized their marriage without the consent of their parents. 4. On police verification, it's revealed that the nikahnama annexed with the petition seems to be a forged document as there is no specific details of witnesses and maulwi, who had performed their marriage and their whereabout, therefore, the instant petition with incorrect facts, therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed. 5.
