Quashing of SRO 450 dated 21.10.2014, issued by Respondent No.1, so far as it relates to changing of Headquarter of Niabat TSG from Marpothing Trespone to Saliskote, is sought in this petition. Petitioner also seeks a direction upon respondents to continue the functioning of Niabat TSG at Marpothing Trespone and not to shift it to any other place. 2. Respondents in their reply have stated that a new building is under construction in State land near Kendriya Vidyalaya School located at Karpochurut Trespone vide technical sanction Order No.SVD/01 of 2023 dated 23.10.2023, which is also in close proximity to Saliskote at a distance of approximately 500 Mtrs. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is satisfied in view of the contents contained in the reply filed by the respondents. 4. In the above backdrop, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. OWP No. 280/2015: 5. There was no representation on behalf of petitioner for the last two consecutive hearings; same is the position today as well. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. 6. Dismissed for want of prosecution along with connected CM(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
