The relevant portion of order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court is reproduced as under:- “Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits representation/s within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditious, in accordance with law” 5. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above order, speaking order dated 08.08.2025 has been passed by Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Labour. The copy of order has been sent to the petitioner and there is receiving of the same dated 12.08.2025. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The copy of speaking order dated 08.08.2025 has been taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
