This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Varanasi. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the Family Courts Act, 1984. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. With these observations, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
