By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent to send the vehicle bearing registration no. CG12 AW 3991 to Authorized Service Centre for repairing and hand over the repaired car to the petitioner within 30 days. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent, on advance copy, on instruction, would submit that by e-mail dated 22/02/2025, the petitioner has been requested to send the consent to the Aman Services to start the repair work of his vehicle. The copy of e-mail placed by the counsel for the respondent is taken on record, which reads as under:- “After continuous follow-up with the repair (Aman Service- Mr. Vikram Mo. No. 9399348800), it was observed that he wanted your consent to start repair work but yet you had not provided the same to him. They may cause further delay to start repair work of your vehicle. ” 3. On instruction, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to give his consent for repairing of the vehicle. The petitioner will provide necessary instructions to the Aman Services who has to repair the car which is standing in the garage of the Aman Services. 4. In view of the above submissions made by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
