The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the District Magistrate, Rampur/respondent no.2 to pass an order in pursuance of the final enquiry report dated 25.04.2025 submitted by enquiry committee, within specified period. 2. The petitioner along-with another person namely Mohd. Aslam Ansari submitted a complaint against the Village Pradhan namely Smt. Sabri Begam/respondent no.4 on 18.07.2024. Pursuant to the aforesaid financial and administrative powers of the respondent no.4 was ceased by the District Magistrate, Rampur/respondent no.2 vide order dated 13.01.2025. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, respondent no.4 preferred a petition being Writ C No.4171 of 2025. The said writ petition was allowed on 17.05.2025 and the respondent no.2 was directed to pass fresh order. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though after the financial and administrative powers was ceased vide order dated 13.01.2025 and a final enquiry report was also submitted by the Enquiry Officer on 25.04.2025 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter by the authorities. 4. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Rampur will take final decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
