Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to comply with the order dated 09.11.2024 passed by the respondent no.4-District Lokpal Manrega Kaushambi, Vikas Bhawan, Kaushambi and order dated 24.12.2023 passed by the respondent no.4. 2.It is informed by Sri Namit Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 8 and 9 that against the order dated 09.11.2024 passed by the respondent no.4, Writ-C No. 11087 of 2025 was filed by his client, which is pending consideration, hence the present writ petition is not maintainable. 3. At that point of time, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dismissed the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to make all his legal submissions as has been raised in the present writ petition, in pending Writ-C No. 11087 of 2025. 4.
