This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by Civil Judge (J.D) Shahganj, Jaunpur in Original Suit No. 1326 of 2024 (Vijay Shankar Vs. Stendra and Others). 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 96 of C.P.C. 3. Since the alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy as available to him under the law. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
