From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that a resolution has been passed by the Land Management Committee, but it has not been approved by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ballia, till date. 3. No case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution is made out. 4. The writ petition is dismissed.
