3. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-consideration of the representation dated 18.07.2023 (Annexure-J) by the respondent-authorities, and also stated that, the land in question has been granted to the petitioner on

13.05.1998, however, khata in respect of said land has not been changed into his name.
4. In that view of the matter, respondent No.22 is directed to consider the representation dated 18.07.2023 produced at Annexure-J after verifying the records, and take decision in the matter within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
