HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 27960 of 2025 Court No. - 3 HON'BLE SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J. HON'BLE PRAVEEN KUMAR GIRI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and Ms. Shakshi Shukla, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4. 2. The present writ petition has been filed against the ICICI Home Finance Company, which is a private company and not amenable to writ jurisdiction. 3. On several occasions adjournments have been sought by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on one or the other ground. 4. We are of the view that this writ petition is misconceived and not maintainable as the petitioner is seeking repayment of his loan by way of easy installments. 5. In light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the bank for settlement or any other relevant forum for redressal of his grievance.
